article imagePeter Schiff money bomb rescheduled for November 16

By Andrew Moran     Nov 13, 2009 in Politics
President of Euro Pacific Capital and Connecticut Senatorial candidate, Peter Schiff, will reschedule his moneybomb day on Monday November 16 after cyber attacks were carried out on his website last week.
Author of "Crash Proof 2.0" and economic forecaster, Peter Schiff, will now be holding another Money Bomb event on Monday November 16, according to a press release from the Schiff For Senate Campaign. Digital Journal reported last week that the Schiff Senate campaign website was attacked by cyber terrorists shortly after midnight on the day of the Money Bomb event.
However, the campaign still managed to raise $65,000. Schiff believes that his campaign is succeeding because “if someone is going to all this trouble to attack the website then they obviously view us as a serious threat.”
Currently, according to The Courant, Schiff and other candidates, such as Linda McMahon and Tom Foley, have all been making considerable gains. Rob Simmons is leading at the present time among the Republican candidates.
Incumbent Democratic Senator Chris Dodd is declining in the polls with 54 per cent disapproving of the former 2008 Democratic Presidential candidate.
