According to Orlando police, Orlando shooting suspect Jason Rodriguez has been captured without incident. Rodriguez was captured at his mother's house around 2:20 this afternoon.
CNN is reporting that there has been one fatality and five injuries. At a press conference Mayor Buddy Dyer said, "The information we have is that the victims were all employees of one company."
Dyer also added that all of "the wounded victims were all in stable condition."
Rodriguez formerly worked for the Reynolds Smith and Hills company in Gateway Center in Orlando. A employee from the company, Mike Bernof said the employee, whom he did not name, was let go in June 2007.
Public records showed that Rodriguez file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in May and that the case was discharged in September.
Police Chief Val Demings said that Rodriguez was believed to be the only gunman in the incident.
When a CNN reporter asked Rodriguez why "did he do it", he replied, "Because they left me to rot." He was led away by police before the reporter could ask any more questions.
