Police in London, UK, are hunting for a man who allegedly assaulted and raped a woman in her South London home on Sept. 30. The pair had originally met on the Internet.
The 23-year-old female and her attacker met several times before this occasion where he is said to have attacked her and knocked her unconscious in her own home where her 3 year old son was present.
On the day of the said attack the pair met on the M2 motorway before driving back towards her flat. The man followed her in his own vehicle back to her flat in a ten minute drive to the centre of Sutton, South London.
In the flat they were drinking tea when the victim says the man began to punch her in the face before knocking her unconscious.
After the assault the victim managed to escape her flat with her son.
Police are hunting for the man who is said to be white, in his late 40's and going by the name of 'Derek'. He is said to drive a green Land Rover with a canvas roof and the spare tyre has a cover with an eagle design.
London police have appealed for any information on this case.
