The Next Manny Pacquiao According to Freddie Roach

The Filipino boxing community has been searching for the next Pacquiao the last few years. In a recent appearance with HBO, Roach shared his honest opinion on who is going to be the next Manny.

His simple prognosis: None and there won't be anyone. "The thing is most guys will win a couple of world titles and make a lot of money and get satisfied. Manny Pacquiao is not satisfied. He wants to get better" said Roach in an HBO interview.

The Irish-American trainer went on to mention that "everybody is saying that this guy is the next Pacquiao. That guy is the next Pacquiao. Bullshit. It's not going to happen.There is not going to a another Pacquiao. Fighters like Manny Pacquiao will only come once in a lifetime."
