News.com reports that a well known river in Melbourne, called The Yarra River is close to where Christian Peck, an autistic 3 year old boy has recently been reported missing. However early this morning a body was found in the river and if it is discovered to be Christian Peck then he was only 3 years old. It is a sad case and police will not reveal at the moment if it is the body of the autistic boy named, Christian Peck or another body. The body was discovered at around 11am this morning in Heidelberg of Melbourne. Christian Peck is missed by all his family who reported him missing from his Great Grandfather's home in Vine Street, Heidelberg on Friday.
Unfortunately Christian likes to wander off on his own and has often been found walking by water. Christian has an obsession with water and family believe that he might have escaped through an open window. During today's search for Christian, water police did a grid search of the area and SES volunteers were also involved. Details about the body have not been released and nothing is certain yet.
Abc.net have revealed that it has now been confirmed that the body that was discovered in the Yarra River is that of 3 year old Christian Peck. Family have revealed that that it is Christian even though the police are not willing to confirm this yet. It was the boy's aunt, Anne Rouge that announced it was Christian.
