Anton Turner, who worked in Tanzania assisting with the filming of an episode of the CBBC series Serious Explorers, died after elephant's attack.
Mr. Turner was treated by the expedition's doctor immediately after the elephant's charge, but unfortunately he died shortly after the incident. Three children taking part in this episode, while the incident happened, are safe. All the children have been exported from the place of the accident.
BBC begun investigation immediately after the incident.
The BBC spokeswoman , quoted by BBC News, said:
We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Anton's family and friends. Anton was an extremely experienced expedition safari and wildlife ranger and former Army officer who had worked with the BBC in the past.
