BURNABY, B.C. - A 52-year-old man set to go on trial in November for possession of child pornography has been caught again - this time with pictures depicting "very young children."
Royal Canadian Mounted Police said they found themselves visiting a familiar address when they executed a search warrant at the home of Terrance George Bodaly who had been arrested in February 2007 and was to go on trial in November.
Police seized computers, numerous CDs and child sexual abuse image and video collection that was described by Cst. Rosiane Racine as "very graphic and involves very young children."
"As a result of this most recent investigation, Bodaly was arrested for a second time and is being held in custody," said Racine. "Bodaly is now facing one new charge of making available child pornography and two new charges of possession of child pornography."
