Earlier today Valve announced that the new downloadable content for its zombie hit game Left 4 Dead will be available worldwide next Tuesday. The new DLC, Crash Course, will bridge the gap between the No Mercy and Death Toll campaign.
While supporting both Survival and Co-Op Mode, the new campaign was primarily created to deliver a 30 minute streamlined version of Versus Mode. Along with new dialogue,
Crash Course will contain a recharge timer for Infected teammates, and item spawn behavior has been balanced out.
Players will be able to get their hands on
Crash Course next Tuesday on Sept. 29. It will be free on the PC, and cost 560 Microsoft Points (about 7 dollars) for the Xbox Live.
Valve has also announced that more content for
Left 4 Dead is planned for the coming months. If that isn’t enough to get you zombie fans excited, there is also
Left 4 Dead 2 coming out on November 17 to look forward too.
