Technology company LG has surpassed its own superiority in the technology world with their latest gadgets and televisions for the “real couch potato.” The 2009 LG Holiday Tour Wish List gives Canadian consumers the opportunity to enhance their own movie, television, gaming or internet experiences through the company’s high definition LED Televisions, Blu-Ray players, smartphones, notebook computers and monitors. LG is definitely striving for perfection through innovation and delivering some of the most extraordinary products that money can buy. The most extraordinary products you can put your hands on is their line of Light-Emitting Diode LCD televisions. These televisions are one-inch thick; they contain between 2,000 and 4,000 LED bulbs and can even save you money on your electricity bill by 30 to 50 per cent if they contain OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode). LG’s LED televisions contain speakers that are within the panel itself instead of having speakers on the left and right, which criss-cross to the center of a room. The speakers are very powerful themselves so external speakers would not be necessary. Their one television that costs $5,499, TruMotion 240Hz Wireless, is actually wireless and only has one power plug. If you were to worry about your PlayStations, DVD Players and other electronic console wires then it would be perfect for the design of your living room or media room because it has a wireless distance of 30 feet.

One aspect that makes LG’s televisions unique is their intelligence sensor. The screen adapts to the lighting in the room as the day goes by. It adapts to as much as the color of clothing being worn in the room. An important aspect, as the presenter mentioned, is that sometimes users try to find different codes on the Internet to enhance the picture quality but it always doesn’t work. Therefore, the person would have to bring it back to LG; however, the company can’t do anything about. Now LG has added a reset feature into the television. Within the next two years, LED televisions will oust LCD televisions because of contrast and quality, experts say. Currently, their three top LED televisions cost between $1,600 and $5,500. Each TV ranges from 42” to 55” and all three have a variety of different features. What about their motion picture players? Their Blu-Ray DVD players are simply divine and, once again, are wireless as well. However, what makes these devices unique is the fact that it is YouTube compatible, which means you can watch high-quality resolution vids on your Blu-Ray players. It also streams Netflix.
