A body has been discovered in the walls of a Yale laboratory police have reported tonight. The remains are believed to be Annie Le who was last seen at the lab on Tuesday.
Police have announced a body discovered in the walls of the Yale Amistad Street research laboratory is believed to be missing Annie Le who was to have been married today.
As reported on Foxnews.com, New Haven assistant police chief Peter Reichard told reporters in a brief press conference, "We did locate the remains of a human. ... We are assuming that it is her at this time" Richards added they are now treating the case a homicide.
FBI agents and state police have been using cadaver-sniffing dogs round the clock as they searched the facility.
Le and her finance were to be married today on Long Island, N.Y.
K.J. Mullins reported on this yesterday after bloody clothing had been found.
Up date from NewYork Post---Reichard said a university student had been questioned about Le and has failed a lie-detector test.
Reichard said, "We can’t release any more information at this time."
