A reality TV star has been charged with the murder of former swimsuit model, Jasmine Fiore, whose strangled body was found on Saturday in Buena Park, southern California.
As reported by Sky News, 28-year-old Jasmine Fiore's body was found strangled and inside a suitcase, in a rubbish bin and the Californian police have now revealed the gruesome details that her teeth and her fingers had been removed.
Authorities have charged Ryan Alexander Jenkins, thirty-two, who disappeared after the naked remains of his former wife's body was found. Police had initially only wanted to talk to the reality star but have now charged him with murder after attempts to track him down failed.
It's thought that Jenkins has fled the USA and returned home to Canada. He is originally from Alberta.
A man, matching Jenkins description was spotted boarding a boat which sails to a remote area where it's then possible to walk into Canada, according to Washington state authorities.
Jasmine Fiore and Ryan Alexander Jenkins had married in Las Vegas earlier in the year but the marriage was rumoured to have been annulled.
Jasmine Fiore had worked for Playboy coordinating the Golf of Girls events and as a model in advertising. She had recently moved from Las Vegas to Los Angeles.
Ryan Alexander Jenkins had appeared on VH1 reality show Megan Wants A Millionaire and was among seventeen other men who competed to win over former Playboy model Megan Hauserman. He was described during an introduction on the show as having net worth of $2.5m (£1.5m).
VH1 have suspended future airings of the show since Jasmine Fiore's death.
