Police were called and arrested Gregory Dewayne Cooks, 46, on suspicion of trespassing and was jailed without bail for violating his parole, said LAPD Sgt. Cathy Riggs.
According to
Riggs:
…the homeowner's daughter looked out the window and saw Cooks fondling himself in the gazebo, prompting the family to call 911.
He also allegedly looked into windows of the home, Riggs said, and is on parole from a four sentence in state prison for a 2000 conviction for cocaine possession.
The identity of the family and their young daughter was not revealed by police.
