ABC News is reporting that Michael Jackson's arms had track marks on them. Those track marks according to some in the medical field are consistant with the sedative Diprivan, which was found in Jackson's home.
The LAPD and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) are investigating several Hollywood and Beverly Hills doctors. In the home Jackson was renting in the Holmby Hills section of Los Angeles, investigators found
prescription drugs. Demerol is a drug that has been rumored to be one that Jackson took. Some medical practitioners disclosed that the abuse of Demerol could have set the stage for cardiac arrest. That could have increased the risk of Jackson having a heart attack.
It has been reported that Jackson had problems with insomnia. Demerol is a drug that can be injected and one that people with insomnia have used. Investigators said that there were at least 20 drugs found in the home. A lot of the drugs were painkillers. Investigators do not know if the track marks found on Jackson's arms are recent or if they are older marks from previous injections.
