The former wife of Michael Jackson, Debbie Rowe has now said that she will now fight for custody of the two children that they had together.
Ms Rowe was interviewed on NBC today and told the interviewer "I want my children,".
The couple had two children together,Prince Michael and Paris Michael Katherine who are now aged eleven and twelve.
In the meanwhile Katherine Jackson, the mother of Michael has been granted custody of the children on a temporary basis.
Debbie Rowe was taking part in a 90 minute interview by telephone. In it she said that she would take part in DNA tests to prove that she was the children's mother.
The NBC website also says that Debbie Rowe would also aim to get a restraining order to stop Joe Jackson from having access to them.
Debbie Rowe has not been included in Michael Jackson's will. The document which was published in the past week reads "I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson,"
Debbie Rowe agreed to give up any parental rights that she had as part of a divorce settlement with the pop star. This decision was eventually overturned.
