Kobe Bryant and Manny Pacquiao have one thing in common – Nike Sportswear.
On July 8, Manny Pacquiao and Kobe Bryant will pose in front of cameras to shoot a commercial for Nike sportswear in Los Angeles, California.
Pacquiao and Kobe Bryant will have their names and images posted or displayed in all Nike stores across the USA.
Pacquiao has done a similar commercial for Nike in the past along with other popular sports personalities and celebrities.
Pacquiao is regarded as boxing’s No. 1 attraction, the same thing with Bryant, who is considered the lifeblood of the Los Angeles Lakers, the reigning NBA champions
In the meantime, Manny Pacquiao’s lawyer Franklin Gacal said that the Pacquiao-Cotto fight scheduled for November 14 is far from being done saying that Team Pacquiao will still have to see and study the draft contract that Michael Koncz will submit on Tuesday.
Freddie Roach, Pacquiao’s trainer has reportedly agreed to settle the weight issues for the Pacquiao-Cotto fight which was earlier reported at 144-145.
The remaining issues that will have to be resolved are the fight purse, date and fight venue. Earlier Bob Arum talked about holding the fight at the Madison square Garden but was reported to have also considered the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.
