Roach Justifies Cotto As A Better Pacquiao Opponent Than Mosley

Roach shares his thoughts on why Cotto is a better fighter than Mosley. He went on to support Arum's opinion that Cotto brings a lot to the negotiating table financially and in terms of marketability.

In a recent interview by Dennis Principe of Sports Chat, Roach mentioned that "style wise, Shane is faster than Cotto. Shane was very good against Margarito but Margarito was way over rated. But Shane lost to Cotto. So who is the better fighter? You got to to think Cotto because when they fought, Cotto won". "I think Cotto is a tougher fight. Cotto is more marketable. Shane doesn't have a big PPV audience. I'm not worried about Shane Mosley. The thing is we are negotiating with Cotto right now. That is the fight that we can make most money and the best deal." said Freddie Roach, who failed to mention that Miguel was never the same fighter since his loss to Antonio Margarito.
