The relatives of David Carradine have been caused further distress and hurt after the publication of pictures of his dead body were featured in Thai based newspaper.
The pictures were leaked and, as yet, it is not clear where they came from. Police in Thailand say they appear to be forensic pictures and are reported to show the body of the actor in a Thai hotel.
Keith Carradine, the half brother of David has spoken of taking legal action on the grounds of invasion of privacy.
Keith Carradine has also asked the FBI to play some part in the investigation.
The actors body was found on Thursday and Police in Thailand have said that suicide was the likely cause of death. His family think they may have been some foul play involved..
A lawyer for Keith Carradine has stated that another pathologist is to carry out a further examination once it is back in the United States.
The autopsy results are not due from Thailand for around three weeks.
The FBI have said they will contact Thai authorities to see if they want them in on the case.
Mark Geragos, lawyer for the Carradine family said
"all we really know is not much more than what the public knows, and that's disturbing".
