Due to the success of the game's free online beta version, EA games have made note to watch out for the games release on Playstaion 3 and the Xbox 360.
On the company's press site, the game is currently listed as future titles for both of the next generation gaming console. But to whether there is truth behind this listing or not. The game is listed as a June 2009 release, putting it almost less then a month away as an expected product on the market.
The Battlefield franchise is being overseen currently by developer DICE, developers of Next Generation game, Battlefield: Bad Company and are heavily underway with a part two to the game. Does DICE have the time to complete a second game for console?
