The most famous dog search in the world ended last month when the Obama's were presented with a Portuguese Water Dog they named "Bo". Two days later, Bo was immortalized in the form of a Beanie Baby.
You may recall that Ty Inc. got into trouble with the White House (and most specifically, Michelle Obama) when it introduced two new beanie babies called "Marvelous Malia" and "Sweet Sasha".
Well, apparently there are no admonishments from the First Lady over the introduction of the first dog Beanie Baby named Bo. Ty Inc. introduced a black and white shaggy dog Beanie Baby named "Bo" two days after the Obama's received their new puppy at the White House on April 16th.

We are very proud of the First Family and wanted to join in celebrating their choice of a family pet." The Bo Beanie Baby dog retails at 4.99 and is flying off the shelves as soon as retailers get them.
In fact, there is a report that the Bo Beanie Baby sold on the auction site
Ebay for between $5.99 and up to an astonishing $135.95.
