Christian Bale admits he sliced his finger

Actor Christian Bale, best known for his role in The Dark Knight, sliced his finger in a bike accident earlier this year, according to reports the damage shall be permanent for Hollywood star.

According to an IANS report, actor Christian Bale was in a dirt-biking accident that has left him with a disfigured finger. The Dark Knight star supposedly injured himself during an acting excursion and his left index finger was sliced off on the top, mangled, and reportedly will be scarred for life. Bale admitted that he barely felt the injury and did not realise how serious it was until he noticed his bloodied hand. "I had a dirt-biking accident and chopped it off at the end. You have something as extreme as that - you've lost the end of your finger - but it didn't hurt. I just kept looking at it, going, 'Why is that not hurting?' It (the finger) looks horrible. Everyone else almost faints looking at it," he said.
