The musical by Rogers and Hammerstein "The Sound of Music" made famous by Julie Andrews in 1965, has been given a new breath once again. In Belgium, 200 dancers performed the 'Do Re Mi' song in the Central Station of Antwerp.

viral in a matter of hours. The purpose of this only twice rehearsed dance was a ploy to seek out an actress to play the
lead role for a Belgium television program.
"The Sound of Music" has been around a
long time, between book form and various musicals. In 1959, Broadway showed the musical, but it never gained as much fame as it did when it was made into the
1965 film, featuring Julie Andrews.
The book and the musicals are about the life of Maria (Rainer) Von Trapp. It takes place in Austria, just before World War II began. To be sure that Maria is ready for a nun's life, she is asked to leave the convent and care for widower Captain Georg von Trapp's seven children. And so begins the tale...
