Seven-hour rape ordeal for Australian woman

In a horrific instance, an Australian woman has reportedly been subjected to a 7-hour rape ordeal in Edinburgh. Strangely enough, the incident took place in broad daylight after snatching the woman from streets.

An Australian after being snatched from the streets in broad daylight, has reportedly been raped for 7 hours. The police superintendent of the place reportedly stated that the trauma the woman underwent was unbelievable. The important part of the story remains that all these took place in a country named Britain, the same place that banned kissing in railway stations, just a few days back. There are reports that suggest that the 24 years old Australian woman was dragged by 2 men and then sprayed a 'noxious substance' on her face. Soon after she was dragged into a nearby bush, according to the reports, quoting the police. The ordeal for the woman did not stop soon as she was not released till 10 pm on Monday. She was walking through an underpass near the city center at 3pm while the incident took place. For this 7 long hours, the reports stated, the woman underwent a prolonged assault that shocked the local officers even. Speaking on the event, a police spokeswoman reportedly stated that the young woman had been subjected to a terrifying ordeal that can never be underestimated. She stated that the kind of assault was very rare since the entire incident took place in broad daylight in a regularly used area. The report pointed out that a major task force was set up consisting of 20 officers for hunting down the suspects. Mr. Allan Jones, the Police Superintendent, Edinburgh, stated that the trauma the woman underwent, was unbelievable. Though, while praising the woman, he reportedly stated that despite this protracted series of attacks in a makeshift den, the woman maintained a form of dialogue. This, according to the officer, allowed her to be in a position to get released.
