Jade Goody will 'die within months'

Jade Goody's publicist Max Clifford today announced that the Big Brother celebrity only has a few months to live, after being diagnosed with cancer.

The shock statement follows a 'life-saving' operation to remove a golf ball sized tumour from her bowl. If it had not been removed, she would have died already. The mother-of-two is now getting her affairs in order and making plans for her sons' future, he added. She has also stated that she will wed before she dies, and will pass over all of the money she makes from the rights to her wedding pictures to her children. The 27-year-old learned last week that cervical cancer diagnosed in 2008 had spread to her bowel, liver and groin. Goody is understood to have been receiving an experimental drug to fight her illness. Topotecan, which is still being tested in the UK, has been used in cases when patients have not responded to other medicines. Goody has already undergone chemotherapy to combat the disease. [via bbc]
