Just as the anger and frustrations begin to grow in different parts of the country as the recession deepens, the National Rifle Association decides to spontaneously combust.
That means the Second Amendment will be sung in unison as folks march forward to buy every type of firearm they can legally own at almost any age and go packing themselves.
The NRA Vice President Wayne LaPierre has, according to the Huffington Post Rifle Association, declared that gun owners are uniting in "political spontaneous combustion." There is to be a rise in consumerism as people are told to buy their guns as quickly as possible before Barack Obama and Eric Holder enactments lower the boom on the trade.
Interesting, that this declaration that gun enthusiasts should quickly purchase their desired guns as soon as possible should come at this time, especially when the NRA refers to its members as angry and frustrated about their rights. Somehow arming frustrated and angry people seems to be an interesting idea that might give neighbors pause. Who might enjoy having someone nearby who is angry and frustrated and has a bunch of guns.
Then there are the new pieces of legislation being ventured during the past year or so, for teachers and preachers to pack. Arkansas considers the right of ministers to carry guns inside churches to protect parishioners. A North Texas school district Superintendent declares school teachers have the need to pack guns in their bags in order to protect their charges. Arizona already allows teachers in the State to do it and has for a year. These weapons can be concealed weapons too.
Then we have places like Louisiana with virtually no restrictions on gun ownership and other places like South Dakota that allow children as young as 12 to use them So the guns can multiply as the NRA advocates. Let’s make sure that what is added to this the Bush Court’s declaration that the controls of Washington DC were too much, but on a 5-4 decision with conservatives the majority, allowing such controls as trigger locks to be removed as a requirement for having a gun.
The elements of the formula are in place. The reader can determine from the facts that are here what type of increasing development might eventually evolve from all this as the depression proceeds and frustration grows.
