Is Alaska Governor Sarah Palin really contemplating a 2012 Presidential run? So far, Palin has started up a federal political action committee called “sarahpac.com.”
Even after Barack Obama’s victory and his Presidential inauguration, Sarah Palin is not forgotten. For those who do not remember who Sarah Palin is, here is a brief moment of enlightenment: She is the current governor of Alaska. Palin was also the VP-running mate for then GOP rival Senator John McCain of Arizona. During the latter months of the US Elections, there were talks about Palin possibly running for 2012.
Will that be the case? We will have to wait until about 2011 at least to find the answer. There is the strong possibility that Palin could possibly run for US President in 2012.
Last night, Palin filed papers with the Federal Elections Committee (FEC). Today, the political action committee (PAC) called “Sarahpac” should be official. Yes, Palin has created a federal political action committee. However, it does not necessarily mean as making a 2012 US Presidential run. However, there is still the possibility.
This PAC will be aimed to raise and donate money to candidates running for office in the future. In this regard, Palin looks to leave an everlasting footprint.
