U.S. Senate Leaders Stand Behind Israel

Democratic Sens. Harry Reid and Dick Durbin said that Hamas is a terrorist organization that threatens Israel on Sunday morning network talk shows.

According to the Seattle-Post Intelligencer, the U.S. Senate leaders, both Democratic and a Republican, are standing solidly behind Israel. Senate leaders made their comments in support of Israel on Sunday morning news talk shows. The Senate leaders all agreed that Hamas is a terrorist organization “that threatens Israel by firing rockets from Gaza into the Jewish state.” The senators also said that “Israelis are victims of attacks by Hamas and that Israel is doing everything possible to protect its people.”

They say it's what the U.S. would do if terrorists were firing missiles into the U.S. from across America's borders.
