The Damage Your Cell Phone Could Be Doing Is Scary

Could your cell phone cause heart and kidney disease? That's the claims to a new study by the European Research Institute for Electronic Components in Bucharest.

The Institute found that heart disease and kidney stones can be a problem for those pocketing a cell phone. The study found that cell phones emit radiation. Radiation has been proven to cause red blood cells to leak hemoglobin that is accumulated into the body. That process has in the past lead to both heart disease and kidney stones. This is only one of many research projects gauging the medical risks of using a mobile phone. One study from Lund University in Sweden has concluded that exposure to cell phone radiation can cause proteins and toxins to leak into the brain. This can cause several types of brain disorders including Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease.
