Iconic millionaire-ress and pop queen, Madonna is to divorce husband Guy Ritchie tomorrow according to the High Court lists for proceedings on Friday 21st of November. The hearing will commence at 10am GMT
According to the court listings for Friday, Mr and Mrs Ritchie's decree nisi will be officially posted at the London Registry of the Family Division on Friday 21st of November. Their separation was made public last week which signified the end to their almost 8 year marriage. They were married 8 years ago next month at Skibo Castle in Scotland.
The pair have settled out of court a financial settlement for the divorce as well as how the child custody will be shared out between them. There should be, they hope, no disagreements over the shares of the estate and the children. In that case, the decree absolute will come out within a matter of a few weeks.
The couple have appeared on the court listings for tomorrow as Ciccione M and Ritchie GS. The hearing will start at 10am GMT.
It is thought that neither will be attending the hearing. The court are expected to conclude by half past ten.
As expected Madonna will keep hold of much of her fortune, particularly her personal estate which is worth around £300m.
Guy Ritchie's personal fortune is thought to be around £30m. Both sons will live between homes in the UK and America, shared by the couple. Madonna's own daughter from her previous relationship will stay with her. All this has been reported by The Times newspaper in the UK.
At the present time, Madonna is on tour in the North West of America, playing Philadelphia tonight.
