Daniel Craig Weighs In On Obama and McCain

On an interesting and humorous note, Daniel Craig, the newest James Bond, has weighed in on Democratic Presidential nominee Barack Obama and GOP Presidential nominee John McCain.

For those that do not know who Daniel Craig is, he is a British actor. Craig is the one currently filling the shoes of the famous James Bond, who is also known as 007. The next Bond movie “Quantum of Solace” is coming out to theaters soon. But, this story is not about Craig. It seems that Craig has been paying close attention to the 2008 United States Presidential race between Democratic Presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama of Illinois and GOP Presidential nominee Senator John McCain of Arizona. So far, he had some interesting things to say. But, the words had no part of the election race. Craig had given an interview with Parade Magazine. He was asked this question: “Who do you think would be a better James Bond—Barack Obama or John McCain?” He was quick to answer. His answers were interesting. Craig said Obama would be the better Bond. He adds that if Obama is true to his word, he’d look the enemy in the eye and go toe-to-toe with them. But, Craig had positives for McCain as well. To Craig, McCain would be better suited for M. For those that do not know who M is, that is Bond’s boss. When asked a similar question about the better Bond girl, Craig refused to answer that question. He jokingly cited it as an extremely dangerous question to ask. In short, Craig feels Obama would play the better Bond while McCain would play the better M.
