A wireless color inkjet printer for $38 including shipping? Yes, the new Lexmark’s Z1840 Color Inkjet printer is sold at that low price, ideal for homes and offices. It prints up to 24 ppm and is compatible with 802.11 g/b.
Lexmark’s Z1480 has both USB and 802.11g interfaces and works both in Windows and Mac environments. It sports a dual cartridge (black and color) and produces a high resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi color print quality.

From Lexmark site about this printer:

* Experience the convenience of printing wireless with the Lexmark Z1480! Compatible with 802.11g/b, enjoy high-quality printing from virtually anywhere in your home over your secure wireless network.

* Print fast -- up to 24 ppm black and 18 ppm color. Also, create brilliant photos with optional 6-color printing and professional quality text and graphics with up to 4800 dpi.

*Printer designed to utilize your network's security (WEP, WPA and WPA2) and broadcast range.

The Z1480 is available in Circuit City for $37.96 including shipping plus state taxes.

The low price for this printer is enticing but, like any inkjet printer, the customers should consider the costs of replacement cartridges. A set of replacement cartridges costs about $40 at Circuit City.
