The illustrious spy agency is looking high and low for new recruits. In recent years it had resorted to newspapers and radio adverts, now it has gone the way of networking sites and is shamelessly courting you on Facebook ads.
Britain's MI6, overseas security service has launched a new effort to recruit agents by advertising on the popular networking site, Facebook, Yahoo! News reports. The agency has been using media such as newspapers and radio to recruit new agents for over a couple years now.
"The open recruitment campaign continues to target wide pools of talent representative of British society today," a Foreign Office spokeswoman said.
"A number of channels are used to promote job opportunities in the organisation. Facebook is a recent example."
So are you an aspiring spy? Want to try your luck? It is as easy as surfing onto their website and applying. Careful though, you don't want to return home in a body bag. Count the costs first mate.
