A German bank robber has left her calling card in the form of her own enormous rear-end, which witnesses identified as the very same responsible for a previous robbery at the same branch. Read all about this obvious need for more exercise and…planning.
Sandra Meisler, 26, was apprehended as she tried to raid the same branch twice after witnesses told officers that the robber was a woman with a “very large backside and powerful thighs”. She got away once before with £12,000 pounds (about $25,000) in Norf, western Germany after waving a gun in front of frightened bank staff. It was just a few weeks later that one poor man found himself waiting in line behind a very familiar bottom. He later told police that he recognized it: because:
“You never forget something that big.”
According to
news sources, the evidence against Meisler was almost as overwhelming as her size; the police found her ski mask and gun in the pocket of her jacket when they arrested her, and she now faces up to 10 years in jail on robbery and firearms charges. The witness who so bravely identified her posterior has been awarded a £4,000 ($8,000 US dollars) reward.
Maybe in prison Sandra will find new paths or at least Weight Watchers. Or maybe they should just “let her eat cake.” Whatever the case, it would certainly appear that crime never pays for anyone at any size.
