The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Thai Indochine Trading Inc. are advising people not to consume the Mr. Brown 3-in-1 instant coffee products described below. These products may contain melamine.
An advisory from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Thai Indochine Trading Inc. advises people not to consume the Mr. Brown 3-in-1 instant coffee products described below. The CFIA was notified by the importer that these products may contain melamine.

The following Mr. Brown brand products are affected by this advisory:

The affected products, sold in 450 g packages containing 30 X 15 g bags, have been distributed in British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba.

There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of this product.

King Car Food Industrial Co. Ltd., Taiwan is recalling the product in Taiwan. The Canadian importer of this product, Thai Indochine Trading Inc., Markham, ON, was notified of this recall by the products’ manufacturer and is voluntarily recalling the affected products from the marketplace.
