Early Sunday Morning David Kernell, a college student, was subject to a search of his apartment by the FBI over the hacking of VP Nominee Sarah Palin's personal e-mail.
The son of Democratic State Representative, Mike Kernell, has been at the receiving end of an FBI search of his apartment in connection to the hacking of VP nominee Sarah Palin's e-mail. Governor Palin's e-mail was compromised earlier this week by answering simple security questions and some of the contents posted on the web for all to see. Some of these screen shots were of personal photos of her children, personal correspondence between Palin and friends in the political arena, and copy of her Yahoo! contacts and address book.

David Kernell and some of his friends will appear before a grand jury which is said will convene sometime Tuesday.
