A 4.9 magnitude earthquake has hit San Francisco Bay. The tremor hit just after 9 p.m. It was felt throughout the region.
The epicenter was located 2 miles ENE of Alamo, California. The quake was felt during the San Francisco Giants' waterfront ballpark game against Pittsburgh Pirates. In true California fashion the players carried on without missing a beat.
There are no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
