In a stunning revelation that can speak to the value of appearances, there is an added twist to the contestants of this season's America's Next Top Model.
Tyra Banks is once again making television history by featuring a different sort of contestant on
America's Next Top Model. This season will feature one contestant who is truly breaking barriers-
she is a transsexual.
Isis, who hails from Prince George's County, Maryland, will be the first transgendered contestant to compete on the popular show now in it's 8th season. Isis claims she is a "woman born physically male".
"My cards were dealt differently," Isis, a 22-year-old former receptionist.
Although this is truly a broken barrier for network television, Isis is not the only transgendered reailty television show contestant on today.
