Opinion: Andy Dick Arrested in California

Andy Dick was arrested in Murrieta, California in Riverside County for being intoxicated in public - not to bad so far, but then also for sexual battery on a seventeen year old girl at a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.
Dick, who was identified in a field line up by the girl and another witness, walked up to the girl as he was leaving the restaurant and pulled down both her tank top and bra and exposed the girls breasts.

Disclaimer, I don't like Andy Dick because:
A] He's not funny
B] He's arrogant
C] He's not funny
D] He's rude to people (mostly women) around him. (because the guys would bend him in half)
E] Last but not least, he's not funny

But I digress, After being arrested it was also found that Mr. Dick had in his possession a small amount of marijuana and xanax in his pocket. None of which did he apparently have a prescription for.

Andy Dick has a penchant for asinine behavior and of all things, urination in public. If it's not on a sidewalk it might be a sidewalk and a passerby, or on the floor of a comedy club, where he might also just expose himself for the fun of it. (I suppose)

Andy Dick may have stepped in it this time, too many witnesses and the charges seem to be a bit more imposing for a PR firm to gloss over when the age of the girl he assaulted is taken into consideration.
The Murrieta Police Dept. may not be willing to let it ride either, since there has been a bit of a media flurry locally. The problem may have been a long time coming for Andy, but it was a train wreck looking for a spot to land.

Did I mention I don't think he is funny? He's not, he's just a very spoiled quasi-celebrity has-been who likes to expose himself. If he winds up doing any time in a State Facility, he will have plenty of time and opportunity to expose himself or to be exposed. I hope they have a cell with a fella named Bubba for Mr. Dick, and that ain't funny either.
