Sporting a "World's Greatest Dad" t-shirt, a 33-year-old man in Michigan was arrested in a sex sting operation after he arrived at a meeting for sex with what he thought was a 14-year-old girl.
Daniel Allen Everett of Clarkston, Michigan was charged with child sex abuse and using the Internet to attempt child sex abuse after he showed up to a meeting for sex for what he believed was a 14-year-old girl.
Everett was reportedly wearing a t-shirt that displayed the honour of him being the world's greatest dad.
He and what he thought was a 14-year-old child allegedly engaged in sexually explicit conversations after meeting online, according to another news report. The teen turned out to be an undercover agent.
Ironically, individuals who are mentally ill typically create an external lifestyle that lends to the appearance of normalcy as this deters the would be skeptic. Police, priests, childcare workers and yes, even dads can be child molesters and child predators.
It is not known whether Everett even has children. He is being held on $50,000 US bond. He faces up to 20 years in prison for each felony charge.
Sadly, dad might be spending the next 40 years in jail.
