It's real this time: Angelina Jolie gave birth Saturday night to a boy and girl. The 33-year-old actress had a cesarean section at Lenval hospital in Nice, France.
Vivienne Marcheline weighed in at 2.27 kg while her brother Knox Leon weighed 2.28 kg, according to Doctor Michel Sussman.
Jolie and Brad Pitt's newest daughter's middle name is in honour of Jolie's mother Marcheline Bertrand who died last year of cancer.
Earlier this summer the Jolie-Pitt clan (Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh) moved to the Provence villa in southern France. Angelina entered Lenval in late June to await the birth of the twins. The family kept four rooms at the hospital.
It is reported that the couple has sold exclusive rights of the twins to an unnamed American magazine for $11 million. The money will go to charity. This happened also when Shiloh was born two years ago.
