A 27 year old Siberian woman who was making out on railway tracks with a man, was killed when a passenger train struck her.
Local transport authorities in the western Siberian city of Novosibirsk,
reported that a man and woman who were kissing on the tracks did not realize that a train was coming until it was too late.
The couple was locked in embrace and could not hear the warnings, due to a freight train that happened to be passing on another track. The operator of the passenger train tried to signal the couple to move, but they didn't see anything until the last second.
The woman finally seen the train coming, and at the last second pushed her partner off the tracks, saving his life. However, she did not have enough time too save herself, and died instantly.
The 30-year-old man received an injury to his leg.
