Missing Brooke Bennett's body has been found in Randolph, Vermont by state troopers. The twelve year old had been missing for a week.
said that the young girl's body was discovered before 5 p.m. Her family has been notified.
According to a 14-year-old
witness the twelve year old had been taken to her uncle's home to initiate her into a child sex ring. She was last seen alive with that uncle a week ago at a convenience store.
The 14-year-old witness alleged that she and her boyfriend left Bennett at her uncle's before the child was to have sex with adult males.
The witness claims that she was sexually abused by the uncle since she was 9.
Store footage from the convenience store shows Brooke being dropped off by her uncle and the two leaving in different directions.
The uncle, Jacques' Randolph has been named as a person on interest in the case. He has been charged with kidnapping according to

The former step-father of Bennett was also arrested on Monday for obstructing justice by destroying evidence. It has not been stated what type of alleged evidence that Ray Gagnon destroyed.
