The Greens Were Alive With Babes And Strippers

By KJ Mullins     Jun 26, 2008 in Sports
A little 'mistiming" had a bunch of kids and a slew of friendly exotic dancers golfing at the same time at a Broomfield, Colorado course on Monday.
Two separate tournaments were slated for Monday. The first was for the younger set, the Gold Crown Junior Golf Association, the latter was part of Shotgun Willie's Charity Golf Tournament that benefits breast cancer.
The dancers were on hold to caddy for the 144 golfers putting for charity wearing just their underwear.
The kids with ages ranging from 7 to 12 had a few questions about the charity event. One was why the male golfers were carrying water guns.
Eagle Trace Golf Course manager Evelyn Koch says while the girls were flirting they kept their tops on.
"I cannot tell you the girls didn't flash out there but it wasn't a free-for-all," Koch said. She said the Shotgun Willie's crowd and the young golfers had to share the same clubhouse while the children had lunch because their tournament started later than expected.
The strippers behaved themselves while the kiddies were around. Dustin Moser, a golf course instructor, said that some of the ladies went a little wild after the children had left the course.
