Google Maps has added two new features: Wikipedia articles and geo-tagged photos related to the areas you are searching for.
So far, Google Maps has offered “Street View”, “Traffic”, “Maps”, “Satellite” and “Terrain” views. But now, it's adding two options for users who want to see or know more about the place they are searching.
Google Maps has added “Wikipedia” and “Photos” options in the “More” button next to the above list of tools. To see photos of the place, click the “More” button at the top of the maps and choose “Photos”, you will then see geo-tagged photos provided by
Panoramio.

These two options will be very useful when you travel or visit another city.
Google Maps also added another feature in the search option; It has integrated real-estate listings in maps. Just type the location and click the “show search options” link and you will search locations by businesses, user-created contents, mapped Web pages, real estate listings and locations.
