Lifetime Brands, along with the FDA, has issued a recall on two of its stoneware dinnerware product lines due to exceeding allowed recommended levels of lead and/or cadmium. The products are sold nationwide at retail outlets and online.
Garden City, NY - Lifetime Brands, Inc. announced today that because of its own internal investigation as well as from results from an independent teating program, they became aware that a few of their products under the Pfaltzgraff Villa della Luna pattern line and the Nautica J Class pattern stoneware dinnerware line may exceed the FDA's guidance levels for lead and/or cadmium.

The recall is voluntary and there has not been any illnesses reported regarding these products.

The dinnerware is distributed nationwide in various retail stores, as well as online either sold individually or as a set.

The particular pieces that are being recalled can be viewed on the FDA website.
