article imageMan brags in YouTube video that he gave AIDS to thousands on purpose

By Chris V. Thangham     Apr 22, 2008 in Crime
A masked man has posted a shocking video and claims that he deliberately infected thousands of women with AIDS , reading their names in the video like a roll call.
The man calls himself “Trashman” and boasts that he has slept with more than 1,200 to 1,500 women and has infected them with AIDS.
He reads their names and ages of some of the women he slept with.
Brett Hayhoe, President of People Living with HIV/AIDS, was contacted about this video and he thinks the man might be telling the truth. AIDS, however, can be passed only if the person is infected with HIV first, so Hayhoe thinks he might be lumping them together.
But Hayhoe said this video is highly disturbing and the man needs psychiatric help immediately.
I haven’t seen the original video, but I found a similar video posted by another YouTube member, who asks for help to report this guy to the police. In the original video, his profile leads to a “gangsta” portal site filled with pornography, according to
The Trashman reads the list of women he claims to have infected with AIDS on purpose and boasts the following:
So if I call your name and if you just happen to be on my ‘I got the AIDS from that n***er’ list', then God bless you.
Hayhoe said if Trashman was telling the truth, it would be “absolutely devastating” for anyone who has had sex with him.
Hayhoe told “For someone to hear that on a YouTube video is just disgusting…To have your name yelled out would be shattering.”
