93 Year Old Man Charged In Prostitution sting

Frank Milio is one of two 93 year old men that got caught up in a prostitution sting in Florida. The other man is Carlos Underhill, also 93 years old and he will not be charged.
According to police records, in November of last year, Frank Milio tried to pay an undercover police officer $20 for sex.

Milio said in an interview with Herald-Tribune that he was only flirting with the woman, stating, "I haven't had that in years. Ninety-three is kind of old."

Manatee county prosecutors have decided to proceed with a case against Milio, they have issued subpoenas and plan to take him to trial in April 2008.

Carlos Underhill, 93, will not be charged, although he does not deny stopping to chat with the "good-looking girl" who made eyes at him and turned out to be an undercover officer.

Although Underhill was willing to pay $30 and told the undercover officer he would return, he cannot be charged because the police have no way of knowing if he actually intended to return.

Underhill claims he was not cruising for sex, he just wanted to chat with the girl that smiled at him as he drove by.

Underhill says, "All I was going to do was talk. It wasn't for sex. I am 93, you know."

Oh for crying out loud. It wasn't like they were going after children.
A 93 year old man trying to see if he could still perform, gee don't the police have better things to do?

At 93 it is possible the only way to get some, or get attention is to pay. The police should have better things to do.

    Night again

But what if he'd caught some horrible life threatening disease in the process? Like syphilis which might destroy his memory?

There isn't enough Viagra to help the old coot.

As George Burns once said, "sex at this age is like shooting pool with a rope."

Hell, the old guy deserves a medal just for thinking he might.

Unreal. This guy does need a medal just for thinking he still "might" be able to perform!

Gosh Lew, The visual on that quote BURNS (no pun intended) in my mind! LOL. He was probably so excited to have someone flirting with him. He got attention in the area of femaleness.

Whats that movie with Winslett and Jude Law and Jack Black and the Blond american chick who looks like a chicken? Anyway, they swap homes (the 2 girls)

Kate Winslett's character befriends that old man and he just loved the attention.......spicy, Kate was! He couldn't pop a boner if he tried (and don't go quoting hugh heff on me, cuz he has a surgically implanted boner for sure....just like his wifes breastesses).

I worked in a nursing home when I was in high school, and I can assure you that there were plenty of "dirty" old men in the rooms I was assigned to. True, they couldn't get wood, but they sure loved to talk as if they could. My mom visits nursing homes with her therapy dog, and she is constantly being "hit on" by the old guys in there. But, that generation doesn't blatantly say "let's have sex", they are more into flirting and wooing their women. The guy that said he'd be back with his $30.00 probably just didn't want to hurt her feelings by saying "no thanks".

I don't think men ever, ever let go of the fantasy of having sex with a pretty girl....and if these undercover cops were winking and luring them in, hey - at that age they don't get much attention. Can't blame them for basking in it now can you?

I think it is pathetic that they are going to actually prosecute this old guy, give me a break. He is probably somebody's grandpa - why tarnish the old guys reputation like that?

I'd venture a guess it will be laughed out of court, if it makes it that far.

The prosecutor must be hard up for cases to draw attention.

I wonder it is a Democrat running for re-election? ;-)

Maybe the planted tease should be charged with endangerment - using such a weapon against an old guy. Who the heck knows what those heart palpitations might have led to.

I am wondering where the prosecutors head is at also, it appears to be up his ass in this case.

I am not advocating prostitution nor giving any opinion on it at all, but I will say, there are far more dangerous crimes and criminals out there that the police should be spending their time on first.

Priorities. Killers, drug pushers, burglars, rapists....etc.... all, IMO, more of a priority than a 93 year old horny goat.

What a waste of tax dollars to prosecute this old man. Our courts are backed up enough as it is with too many "real" cases.
