After receiving over 5 Million views in 2 days, Ashley Dupre's MySpace has been deleted from the site completely. The page went down just minutes ago. Update: The site is back up with a link to a cellphone site... hacked by Spammers?
Over the past few days Ashley Dupre, the prostitute involved in the Spitzer scandal has enjoyed massive amounts of traffic and attention. After her name was released by the media hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of people flocked to the internet to find out more about her.

One of the things that was learned was that the prostitute was also an aspiring R&B singer and had a single that was available on MySpace.

In just days the song received almost 2 Million plays, the page over 5 Million views and it looked like her shot at stardom had finally come, albeit through "sticky" circumstances.

Just minutes ago her page went down completely, replaced by a message from MySpace that the account was either canceled or deleted.

You can only imagine how many inflammatory comments, messages and remarks were being made by the public who had direct access to the girl through the MySpace site.

At this time it is not known whether Dupre canceled the account of if MySpace finally pulled the plug and just said "that's enough."

UPDATE 11:30am: I just refreshed the page again and saw that Ashley Dupre's MySpace account is back up and running but looks to be under new ownership.

The site includes photos of the singer / prostitute, 1 friend (stand up comedian Barry Boggs) and a link to a cellphone website.

Was this a hacker job or did someone immediately re-register the account after it was deleted? As of yet no one knows. I'll keep you updated.

UPDATE 1:36pm: The site has once again become disabled.

UPDATE 3:05pm: The site has once again been taken over... this time by someone named "Johnny"
