According to multiple sources celebrity chef Robert Irvine, host of "Dinner: Impossible," will be fired by the food network for cooking up a resume with plenty of lies and dishonest ingredients.
Irvine had some impressive credentials which included being a graduate of the University of Leeds and he had also cooked for Princess Diana. According to sources those claims among others are nothing more than lies at best.

The newspaper's investigation became public and as the news spread the Food Network issued a statement on Friday that was disseminated by reporters covering the food and entertainment industry.

The Food Network looked into the matter because Irvine admitted that there were some lies on his resume. The Network's President Brooke Johnson released a statement saying that the embellishments into 'Dinner Impossible' have been removed.

Johnson also said that old shows will continue to be aired and the new season of programs currently in production will air as well.

Irvine admitted that he was wrong to exaggerate his experiences regarding the Royal Family and he issued an apology for the errors.

Irvine admitted that he was wrong to exaggerate his experiences regarding the Royal Family...

Ya think? Well, I'm sure that he now regrets the embellishments he put in his resume! He should now publish a book on how to cook up a way to kill a career!

    yeah, but can he cook?!?

I am very much about integrity, but I have also noticed, sadly that those who lie on thier resume's tend to get hired more often. What a world we live in..

Food Network did the right thing though.

His name is not listed on the network's list of hosts here. I'm not sure if it was there before, but it certainly isn't now!

I haven't seen him at Food Network, but thank god didn't have to see it. They should try to make it with real credentials, this is what happens in the end, now he won't find others interested in his shows.
