Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony became the parents of twins early on Friday. The 38 year old actress and singer gave birth to a boy and a girl at a Long Island hospital in New York.
and Anthony waited until November to confirm that they were expecting the twins. The tabloids had been on the baby bump story though for quite some time before the announcement.
The first photos of the twins have already been promised to People Magazine. The photo shot will net the couple an estimated $6 million.
The babies are a first for Lopez. Anthony has a daughter and two sons from prior relationships.
