Luxury automaker Porsche AG recalled more than 19,000 Cayenne Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV) today. While driving, the fuel line of the car comes dangerously close to the engine block.
Porsche AG, based in Stuttgart, notified customers of this recall in a statement, saying a recall affects 18,856 Cayennes sold worldwide between Nov. 30, 2006 and Jan.18, 2008.

The statement said: There is the possibility with these vehicles that the slight movements of the engine when traveling could cause a fuel line to come in contact with the engine compartment cladding. This could cause a knocking sound and abrasion markings could occur on the fuel line itself.

There have been five complaints so far, but no injuries or accidents have been reported.

Porsche customers can take their SUVs to their nearest Porsche dealer and get it fixed for free. Porsche said it will take 40 minutes to fix this problem.
